Back2You Therapy is a mobile allied health practice bringing physiotherapy, occupational therapy and hydrotherapy directly into your home, aged care facility or community setting. Our AHPRA-registered clinicians support adults, seniors, children and NDIS participants across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands and Northern NSW.
We work around your routine, not the other way around. Every session is delivered by an experienced, consistent clinician who understands your goals, your environment and your life.

Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. Back2You Therapy is a registered NDIS provider. We deliver physiotherapy and occupational therapy under Capacity Building and Daily Activities funding. We work directly with support coordinators, plan managers and participants to align therapy with NDIS goals. No referral is required — contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do I need a referral to get started?
No referral is needed for most of our services. You can contact us directly to book an initial assessment. If you are an NDIS participant, we’ll work with your support coordinator or plan manager. For GP-managed or WorkCover patients, a referral may be required.
What areas do you service?
We provide mobile allied health services across South East Queensland and Northern NSW, including Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands and Tweed Heads. Our therapists travel directly to your home, aged care facility or community setting.
Who will be involved in my care?
You’ll be assigned a consistent AHPRA-registered therapist — either a physiotherapist or occupational therapist — who will conduct your initial assessment and deliver your ongoing sessions. We also communicate directly with your family, carers, support coordinators and GP where relevant.
What services do you offer?
We provide mobile physiotherapy, mobile occupational therapy, hydrotherapy, neurological and complex care, functional capacity assessments (FCA), and NDIS allied health services. All services are delivered in your home or preferred community setting.
