Mental Health and Exercise

Exercise-based support for mental health, chronic pain and everyday wellbeing, delivered to your home.

Exercise is one of the most evidence-based interventions available for mental health. At Back2You Therapy, our clinicians use structured, goal-focused exercise programs to support people living with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD and other conditions that affect both physical and mental wellbeing.

Sessions are delivered in your home, aged care facility or preferred community setting, removing the barriers of travel, gym environments and clinic appointments that can make engaging with exercise feel overwhelming.

This service focuses on exercise as a clinical intervention for mental health, not talk therapy. Our clinicians design structured, goal-focused exercise programs tailored to your condition and goals. It works alongside psychological support, not instead of it.
