- We assess your current movement, strength and function. For new clients, we take time to understand your goals, your daily environment and what is getting in the way of independence.
- We deliver hands-on physiotherapy. Depending on your goals and CP type, this may include strength and conditioning exercises, gait retraining, spasticity management, balance training or functional movement practice in your actual living space.
- We set goals with you and your family. Progress is reviewed regularly and the therapy plan adapts as goals are met or circumstances change.
- We coordinate with your wider support team. We communicate with your GP, support coordinator, paediatrician or NDIS plan manager to make sure everyone is aligned.
