Back2You Therapy is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our participants, Support at Home clients, staff and contractors. Our Information Management Policy and Procedure explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, access, correct, archive and destroy information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, the NDIS Information Rules and aged care requirements.
